When you sign up for the 8 boxing fitness sessions you will get the following:
1. 45 minutes of personal training
2. one on one boxing tips and instructions
3. body weight resistance, free weight, cardio, and endurance training
4. in body scan and macro calculation
5. nutrition guidance
**You have 6 weeks to use your 8 sessions. Preferably 2 sessions per week.
**Payment must be submitted before first session.
**Cancellation 24 hours in advance. If 24 hour notice is NOT made, the session can be rescheduled within 7 days of cancellation. If not rescheduled, that specific training session will be voided.
